Hello!

A new update flag has appeared, from version 64623 to 64623.1, no changelog has been posted. Do you know what's on the update? There is a 44 MB patch.

This was an update fixing several of the reported bugs for the modding tools. This requires synchronizing the build with the base game, but nothing gameplay-related was changed.
