The only way I seem to be able to get a stable, smooth frame-rate is by using Win98 compatability mode for my windows 7 64 bit laptop...only problem is I get sound static when doing so (though it doesn`t do it with other compatablility modes or it turned off altogher).

I`ve tried changing the varioius audio quality settings, but it doesn`t seem to make any difference.

Game is playable, but my choices are choppy frame-rate perfect sound; or perfect frame-rate and choppy sound.....

I also have this problem, everything else works fine, 98 mode kills game lag but causes the audio to pop and click, interesting! I sent a message on the Support page so I guess I'll wait and see if they can come up with anything. I'll post again if I manage to get my copy fixed, good luck!
