Hey guys,
So it would seem that by being lazy in the beginning of the game and not wanting to run around some more for the resistance means I'm not interested in doing ANY future resistance quests. Am I missing much by blowing them off for the rest of the game? What difference does it make?
Thanks,

Well you are missing a bunch of optional missions, most (if not all) of which give you a reward of some kind. Although the rewards are generally decent, most of them can be bought at some point anyway, and the few that aren't you can probably find yourself (and will most likely already have by the time they give them to you). You might get early access to one or two cool items, but none are that important or great in my view.

Personally I reckon they're worth doing anyway simply because they're pretty interesting missions in and of themselves (well one or two later ones anyway). So you're missing out on a (small amount) of interesting gameplay, maybe a little bit of side-plot.

When you say you blew them off, did you mean you're past Sunder? That's pretty much the cut-off point, as before that you should still be able to do the missions.

Thanks for your input Squid. Yeah, I passed Sunder, but as soon as I left Anachronox for the first time I was unable to do any further quests because on Anachronox I spoke with Yerocan Worb and took the blueprints to Marina. Then I talked to her friend Mardoman who asked me to check up on Yerocan. "I just did fucking check up on him!" I thought, and decided that was a stupid quest not worth doing. Since then I haven't had any opportunities to take Resistance quests. I know because I'm following a walkthrough and have noticed that some characters aren't even there who should otherwise be there. Others won't talk to me.
I kind of ran out of steam to continue playing this game. There's a whole lot of backtracking involved, which is why I blew off the resistance quest. Maybe I'll pick it up again from my last save some other time.
Thanks again!
