I'm not talking about hitting TAB to switch between your party members, I'm talking about switching a member who sits the bench in exchange for a current member in your party. For example, the first time you have to decide to sit someone after you get off Sender. You have to go back and switch to finish getting the Gold voting card. I was just wondering for future reference if there's a quicker way besides going to the ship where the party member sits and waits.

Thanks.
Nope. Always gotta hike back to where they are.

BTW, two spoiler-free hints:

Take Stiletto to Limbus.
Put Rho on Stiletto's team.

Neither of these will make any sense until you reach the point in the plot where suddenly they do.
I recall the developer menu having one, but it might have been the debug menu.

If you edit your Default.cfg to enable Developer Mode (its set to 0 by default) this binds the "U" key to the developer menu... a GUI for changing game settings. Among these tools is a party picker that lets you swap out party members at will rather than backtracking to re-recruit them.

Its very intuitive to use, but it also gives you access to ALL of the games party members from the very start. Not recommended on a first play through, or at least not until you've recruited everyone.
Hm. If I set Developer to 1, then I can't seem to load a game - all I get is a screen with the Anachronox logo with a console message "Hit f10, enter to exit", which just closes the game if I do.
Dont bother with that.
Just switch to debug mode ingame by pressing alt+shift+f10
and then get the console with the key left of the 1 (usualy ~ on most layouts afaik)

The command "invoke 1:86" should give you the cheat/dev/debug menu to play around with pretty much everything.
