Hi,

I've got two upgades plans for unlock democratus skills (Proximity Beam Defense Plans and LaserArray Defense Plans) and the game don't let me use those items. When im on the Inventory screen, with the Healgrease, batt and other stuff, the items just don't appear.
They appeared for the other character (Boot ect), but not for democratus. Am i doing something wrong ?

Maybe it’s a glitch? Have you tried loading a save that’s before you obtaining the upgrade items and trying to receive them again? I finished the game with all possible Bouge Skills and thus not sure about your situation…
I did teach Rho 2 same skills once (the same skills took up 2 skill slots) and had to fix it by loading an earlier save though…

Sadly, its a little bit too late for me to load the save where i've looted the items. I'm currently too far in the game.
At the begining i thought it was something that i could manage later (meeting a democratus scientist somewhere ?), but now i know this is definitly anormal.

I will finish the game with this setting, that's ok.

Hey wait, now I seem to remember. Yeah, you need to talk to the democratus scientist to install the plans for you. It’s not just using the items. If you need to know where to find that scientist, let me know (just want to avoid unwanted spoilers).

I'm currently at Votowne for the second time (after the rictus ship and the "1 characters quest" of Paco, Boots and third party member)

I didn't found any "scientist". Without big spoil, should i leave the planet and maybe meet a scientist on Sender station, or must i search harder ?
