They tend to lag a long time between moves.

Plus between areas it lags for a about a minute each time....

Well, there's a "speed up" key... if you hold down \ (backslash) it will speed up the entire game so you can make animations go faster. This is for those who get bored watching the same battle moves over and over.

But I don't remember getting lag like you describe, especially not between areas. So maybe there's another issue. Anyone know about lag?
