For those who are wondering where your progress is saved, it's a separate file for every season and every episode, based on your selected game directory (like C:\GOG Games\American McGees Grimm - Season 1):

American McGees Grimm - Season 1\1-1 BoyFear\GrimmGame\Config\GrimmSetting.ini
American McGees Grimm - Season 1\1-2 RedCap\GrimmGame\Config\GrimmSetting.ini
...

For season 1-3 there are 8+8+7=23 files in total.
