I bought American Conquest along with Cossacks games on Steam.
However I have some issues with them. Infact after lunch I have black screen and back ground music playing.
I found some solutions however I was wondering if the GOG version have the issues solved without workarounds.

Some, not all. Did you look in the Cossacks subforum too? I think with GOG's installer and the advice in here it is almost always possible to get AC and C working.

Yes I had a look but I haven't understood if they have the problems solved or not.
