The button to install is greyed out, and there's no way to force it.

Even did a full uninstall/reinstall of Galaxy.

EDIT: Okay Doh! I just figured out my issue. Turns out long ago I connected my Steam and GoG accounts. For some reason, whenever I opened the Alpha Protocol page in my library, it selected the Steam version, but didn't make that super obvious. I had to dig around and just click on everything, and then I finally noticed the tiny little steam icon. Upon clicking the "diamond" button finally showed me that it was on Steam, not GoG. After selecting GoG, I was then able to install.

I'm installing via GOG Galaxy just fine. Try restarting your computer?

First thing I tried. "Could not get the data" shows when pointing at the grey button.

Same here. Had this bahavior last week with God of War, after a few fails I left it alone. I checked a day later and it was installed.

So I will wait a day and let GOG Galaxy run in the background :)

P.S. renamed the folder Dependencies-Temp to Dependencies and integrated it as mentioned in the support section. The alternative method downloading the offline installer using a browser ended in a JSON error "no valid license".

Thanks, but what did do IT for me was logging in my GOG through the browser and selecting the game download through there...suddenly the download in Galaxy worked

My GOG Galaxy is downloading right now like a charm. Maybe there needs to be a certain delay between purchasing and installing.

I assume the servers are just overwhelmed as tons of people try to download it at once today on release day.

I can confirm that my original issue was resolved. I was finally able to download and launch it successfully via Galaxy.

Yes, also re-tried it a zillion times and then suddenly it worked and could connect to the download sever , so guess just server overload for this particular file list of this particular game.

Can't install it too... stops at 2% before loading anything with error E3 (according to help that is an error on my side, firewall or antivirus), when trying to get offline installer the JSON response says I don't have a valid license. So something's really broken with the game, the servers or whatever. Never had these issues with a game here, so I guess they'll fix it, just sad I can't play it now...

Yes. That's happening to me also. Installation stops at 2% then I click the red down arrow for retry. And then, again, it stops at 2%.

If people have problems downloading with galaxy try download the offline installers
