I remember this game had a good italian voiceover, would be nice if GOG.com could be able to include language files for different versions, maybe as separated downloads.
Can someone at GOG ask the publisher to provide those files? Your european fanbase would surely appreciate it :)

Problem is that rights to those languege files belong to who ever made the localisation and that usually is not the original developer or publisher. And obviously those parties, if they still exist that is, would want cut of the profits. It also possible that process would require more than just copy pasting files over the english ones.
