How do I rip the CDDA tracks? MP3s (which is what the bonus soundtracks are in) kill my ears.

The GAME.GOG and GAME.INST files in the installation directory are renamed bin/cue CD image files. COPY the "GAME.INST" file to "GAME.cue" and you should be able to mount the CD with daemon tools lite (or any other virtual CD drive software). Now you can rip the music like from a normal CD.
