It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

I think I like the music in the floppy version better, so I put together a patch for it so everyone else can enjoy it too.

You must have the GOG version of AITD1, or this won't work! Also, I didn't really test it that much yet, so I can't guarantee the game is 100% completable this way.

Download here:

To install, go to your game directory, open the folder INDARK. Extract everything from the above zip file into it, overwriting everything. Then launch AITD1 as you normally do.

Enjoy, and let me know if there are problems!
*loud applause* I think this needs a sticky.
I came to the forums looking for something just like this! Thank you so much. Now I can play it with the soundtrack that I remember. Nostalgia here I come :-)

But now I'm sad :-(

Using the link gave me a page that looks like I have to sign-up for an account before being able to download the file. And the sign-up system seems to be broken because I get an error every time I try:

A Database Error Occurred

You don't have to sign up. Just click the big button that says "Download This File." I did that just now and it worked for me.

A million thanks for the reply and info.

I'm totally stumped though! That big button that says "Download This File" doesn't do anything when I click on it. It doesn't even appear to be a button or a link. I've also tried right-clicking on it too and I don't get an "Open link in new tab" option. I've tried it using Chrome on my laptop and Chrome on my android phone.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

It's actually pretty weird. I though first it's about ad-blocking.
Using Chrome or Brave (which include native ad-blocking), I can't download the file. Even desactivating ad-blocking extension in Chrome doesn't allow me to download the file.
But it's okay through Firefox oO

Good research! Cheers. I'll go and give Firefox a go. I've not used it in years! Thanks again.

You need to enable flash.
I am glad this patch exists.... The only bad thing is that this version also disables the possibility of changing the game language...

I remember a friend of mine owed the floppy disk version, while I had the CD. Both had the INSTALL and WINSTALL programs with multiple language selection, but not here..
Can you make this compatible with the Mac version?
