Do they even give a care?
Alone in the crowd in its current version v1.0.4.1 has an unavoidable game breaking bug 5 minutes from the start. The developer is aware and claims he's trying to get GOG distribute a hotfix version v1.0.4.2 for over three days, yet it is not happening.
Can you imagine I buy a game that's absolutely unplayable, the hotfix is on the table but I just can't play the game anyway? What an experience is this for the client? How is this affecting ALL who bought this game in this version and just didn't bother and refunded right away leaving developer with devastated reputation?
Is this considered normal treatment by GOG staff? Do we just keep going the way it is?
