I sing up for Beta, and get my key today. But game dont show in Library. I dont buy game here, except few free games.
Where is my game?

You have to redeem your code at http://www.gog.com/redeem for it to appear in your library.

I do it. On my email was send a message "You order is ready". But game dont show in library.

Same problem here.

EDIT: I tried to redeem the key again and this time it worked.

Try refreshing your account (use this link: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh), then check your library again.

Hi there.

I'm not sure who to contact for support or which thread to post this to, but I signed up for the multilayer beta and haven't received the code as of yet. I looked in my spam folder but there's nothing in there.

If you could please help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Not all codes were sent at the same time. A lot of players were already playing MP and posting about it days before i got my code. So it's probably the same for you.

If you belive you should have received your code already then you can try contacting GOG support directly, the link is on the main page. http://www.gog.com/support/contact

I redeemed the code, butnothing on my shelf. I already contacted support 2 times (using form), no reply as of yet. refresh link does nothing for me. Please advise.
