Since this seems to be a straight up version of the Atari Jaguar version (also done by Rebellion), are there any other changes beside somewhat improved graphics and MP?

The Gold has several though you need to beat regular levels at certain difficulties to access them.

Umm, this is a revamp of the original PC version. Dont know what you mean by this being like the Atari Jaguar version. In my eyes it is nothing like that version.
