What to do as a Xenomorph when you're on fire?

Run around.
No joke, it actually helps put out the fire on you. As long as you aren't staying in something that sets you on fire like a molotov flame patch or flamethrower.
Also attack corpses to recover health, but first try to use a headbite if their heads are still attached.
