Hello everyone!

Here's the deal: when the game starts, the character (something like alien chestburster as it seems) starts running automatically and runs forever. The funny part is – I just recently had the same problem with Insurgency, but I found the solution at once: there was some trouble with Xbox controller, conflict or something, and typing 'joystick 0' into console solved the issue.

This time I couldn't find anything helpful. I searched google and this forum, I checked .cfg file in the game folder, but it's empty, and it looks like dev console is locked (not that I know how to use it anyway).
Of course, there's an ultimate way – disconnecting controller, I tried it and it works, but still, there's something wrong here and some help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Win XP btw.

P.S. can't say if it's an issue, but there is also no mouse controls in game menus. Not a big deal but who knows.
