Wow what a blast from my past, this game graphics aside is a real gem the atmosphere is tons better than most other games i have played still gets my adrenaline pumping :) It does have it's problems ofc such as scaling, the Aliens look way too small compared to your Marine, on my machine i run at lightning speed for some reason lol, the mouse sensitivity is extreme even when scaled down etc but all in all a great experience, plus both the launcher and game run flawlessly on my PC running Win 8.1.

I forgot how jumpy it felt being a marine, good fun though. The only time its good being a marine is is on tdm covering each others back, but dm its hard work lol.

Yeah, but this lack of "friendly" balance is sometimes the reason i choose to be a Marine. Yes, i'm at a disadvantage but it feels good to score kills on Aliens/Predators. And i feel less bad about getting fragged when it's from a species/weapon that has me at a disadvantage.

Lack of absolute balance and a "clusterf*ck of paranoia" feel to MP are the charm of this game.

I tested Multiplayer for a while. I have not encoutered any proplems yet. Great game with excelletn support form GOG team. I am playing on ASUS G53J notebook and Windows7 64bit.
