Got Alien Rampage. It won't save. While playing the game, I go to the checkpoint, I duck like I'm suppose to, but it won't save. I can't "load" my game from the menu later on. I've tried everything in support section. Contacted customer support, they basically told me the exact same thing, retried everything again, and it will not work.

The checkpoints only work as a respawn point so you don't have to start all the way from the beginning of the level when your character gets killed. When you finish a level, only then you can create a save file that you can reload.
