I read all the posts and am suprised that the game works fine for everyone else but not for me.

I tried the tutorial that shows me how to build buildings, the only option in the tutorial that showed up. On this tutorial it says that if I left click on the construction button, I will have 4 other dialogues available. But when I click on the construction button it only allows me to choose building to build, no research, no evolution, no training dialogues.

Also, when I choose to train students in the school, the construction menu just says no more students to train and does not allow me to build new buildings.

Can someone please help me out. Thanks.

I just found part of the solution to my problem. If i press keys on the keyboard, it brings up more functions then when I was relying on the mouse. This has solved my problems with getting stuck on some screens.

However, I now have a new problem. How do you evolve your town to the next technology level.
