Hey everyone, wondering if anyone else has had this issue? I'm on Windows 10, was playing the game just fine for a month or so having used the fixes mentioned in other threads via the tools.exe application.

Then all of the sudden, just today, it's like the game's FPS has taken a nosedive for no reason that I can think of. I'm not doing anything differently than I was before, there have been no major updates to my graphics card or anything. Has anyone else encountered this?

I've tried further fiddling with tools.exe, I tried a fresh install, none of it worked. I was really enjoying it but now I'm bummed I might be stuck in this laggy FPS land.
