Okay, i installed the game and set the language to portuguese during the setup, but the game keeps in english. Anyone else with this problem?

Offline installers. I don't use Galaxy.

Yes, it seems support for portuguese is broken.
The language you chose upon installation is written to "Alien Isolation\goggame-1744178250.info" like this:

"language": "Portuguese (Brazilian)",
...
}

You can change the language of the game (audio+text) after installation by changing this string (to German, Spanish etc). I've tried all the languages and the only one that doesn't work is portuguese.
I've tested some other string variations like "Portuguese", "Portuguese (Brazil)" etc, but to no avail.

I suggest you report that to GOG to get this fixed and give them a link to this thread.
I don't have the nerves to talk to the chatbot...

ps: If you only want portuguese text you can use a workaround:
Go to "Alien Isolation\DATA\TEXT", rename "ENGLISH" to "ENGLISH_ORIG" (for example) and copy "PORTUGUESE" to a new folder named "ENGLISH".

I did it, but no sucess with pt-br audio, only text

Well, after finally talked to that (dumb) bot, i got a support ticket.
I was going to buy the game but I haven't yet because of this information.

No news about the problem, M3troid???

Then the support was useless. This is obviously not a problem on the customers side. GOG/devs must fix the broken game. Simple as that.

Contacted the support again and this is the response.

"Hello,

Thank you for your message and I apologize for such delayed reply.

I was able to reproduce the issue and I have forwarded it to appropriate team. Unfortunately, at the moment I do not have any ETA about resolution of this issue.

We appreciate your understanding."


Well, all that's left is to wait.
