I click on play, the button fades to gray, and back to violett and the game won´t start. Any suggestions? I still repaired the installation.

That was the exact problem. Installed PhysX from the nvidia website and the game started perfectly.

When I installed the Unreal Engine Redistributable in Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Alien Breed Impact\Binaries\windows it worked
