1 - install UE3Redist.exe that is located by default in :
C:\GOG Games\Alien Breed Impact\Binaries\windows\
or
..wherever you installed the game..\Alien Breed Impact\Binaries\windows\
2 - never, absolutely NEVER use the arrows key (from your keyboard) to navigate the game main menu or any PDA/Computer/Console you find in the game, it's going to crash
Note : you can bind the arrows key to control your soldier direction, there is no problem with them used this way, they will only crash if you use them to navigate the main menus and the computers in the ship.
