I came here checking to see if anyone has a fix. But i see its abandoned.
Anyway, i see that it is an Unreal 4 game. Like with many Unreal 4 games that crash on boot, i'm guessing the issue could be with OpenSSL DLL being an old version.

Please, could you elaborate and post a link to an article/Post or a link to the dll you would recommend?
