It will probably never be here because EPIC funded the game ( I don't know if Remedy belongs to EPIC now) . Maybe sometime in the future it will be available on scheme but I am 95% sure it will not...Also for anyone still interested in the game better grab it before they delist it from the store.

Good news on that front. Alan Wake 2 was such a financial disaster that Remedy is looking to other publishing partners going forward, so it's only a matter of time before they get the publishing rights back from Epic.
