Hello,

I've recently started to manage a "cloud" solution for my savegames but it seems it doesn't work for the Alan Wake games.

I've "clouded" the savegame folders in my docs but it doesn't seem to work when I launch the games on my laptop: with American Nightmare, I cannot continue the game and all the "episodes" are grayed out and for Alan Wake, I only have episode 5 appearing (finished the game in nightmare) all the playback stuff is grayed out, etc...

How can I make this work, am I missing files to copy?

OK, note that I only "clouded" the savegames folder, not the whole AlanWake folder in MyDocuments, would that "config" file be important for the progress?

Oh OK, guess I'll add that one to the cloud.

But how come I have the chapter 3 in the episodes list? How did that happenned?

I really don't know, i'd have o install the game to take a closer look and try to figure out how the whole save and unlock systems work. I know that some stuff is kept on that config file but beyond that i'm affraid i'm as in the dark as you.

How are we supposed to back up our progress on those games. :(

Crap, it works. My mistake, I didn't adapt the folder structure when I changed the folder I put on the cloud. :P
