seems a problem with the swinging logs in part 1, press 4 buttons and run up to the shed but which 4 buttons to press tried them all nothing happens so the swinging logs remain swinging, i have turned on the generator but
perhaps this is some kind of mini-game, does anybody no what happens here please.

This question is very specific, I'd suggest you take a look at a walkthrough like

(If I remember correctly, once the generators are all on, you can manually control the cranes to turn the swinging logs into a sort of bridge)
