I was in my office when all of a sudden my character automatically runs out of the office, and down to the bathroom.

Now he is doing that same thing every 15 seconds or so, and he won't stop doing it.

Is this a known bug and/or anything I can do to negate it?

It's not a bug nor glitch - your rival sabotaged you, putting bacteria in your coffee! :-) In other words, your enemy brought you diarrhea, so you have to visit toilets frequently.

There's a solution, I'll give you a clue - look for some pills :-)

Be sure to return the favor by sabotaging the person who did it , its really easy to find out. The manager will mention your incident in the meeting a halo will pop up on the ai who did it .

Yea but, say for example I'm in the office. Then I leave to go to the gates. He'll run off to the bathroom, and I'll go to the gates area again, and he'll just keep doing it. Even if I don't go back into my office and stay at the gate area, he will still do it.

That's how it works - you have to run to the bathroom in such case, wherever you are, unless you find a cure :-)
