I just installed this in Linux Mint 17.1 with dual monitors and it decided it wants to run on the secondary widescreen monitor instead of the much more appropriate 4:3 one. How do I force it over to the first monitor? When the game is running it hijacks the mouse, so I can't move the game screen using the Workspace switcher.

The changelog in the Linux tarball mentions some handy key shortcuts:

Pressing ALT+Return will switch between fullscreen and windowed mode
Pressing CTRL+G will grab/ungrab the mouse
