When I initially launched this game, I received an error message stating "Screen: could not switch resolution (1000x600 fs=1 hz=0)." This error prevented the game from ever launching. After attempting to toggle multiple compatibility settings as well as graphics adapter resolutions and features, I finally discovered that forcing my display down from 120Hz to 60Hz resolved the issue.

I'm posting this here in case anyone else runs into his problem as it may save people a few hours of troubleshooting.

I should note that I'm using an Nvidia 1070 with the latest stable driver as of this posting.

I still don't think I can post links, but giving more detail on the bugtracker or official forums would be a good idea. The dev has made a post on the forums about this specific issue, and apparently it's a rare unity bug that pops up every blue moon. (and has for the past 10 years, randomly in different games)

Other people have seemingly been able to run the game at over 60Hz, so you're the unlucky lottery winner here.

Thank you for the info! I have a way of running the game so I'll hold tight for now. I'll also head over to the bug tracker and see what kind of detail I can give.

Thank you!
