So I finally got around to playing AoW (Great game) and I went with the keepers and the lizardfolk. In the Campaign map Serpent River I got almost everyone to ally with me, except the Undead and the Dwarves, who I shortly crushed. But now I got 5 allies, some of who hate each other, but can't eeem finsh each other. So I start giving money to the orcs, since I don't want to kill the other races my self because I can't break off the alliances without severe race relations penalty's, But NOW I find out that the AI doesn't use boats to transport troops!! They don't seem to be making many flying units either! Is there an AI fix or something I can do to get past this map without pissing off my subjects?

(AoW 1) Attacking friendly race?

IIRC, the Azracs shipped troops over and finished off the Orcs during my one game.

I tried doing the cheat thing but it wasn't working for some reason. :(
How long does it take exactly for the alliances to expire? I'm like on turn 150 or something now.

Have you made sure you added the "beatrix" flag (just beatrix, no dashes or plus signs) to the game's shortcut? I don't know how to do it on Windows, I'm playing on OS X, but it is necessary for cheat mode to work.

If you still can't cheat use the trick with fortification: fortify four cities, which will give you +5 morale each and then betray at the same time, which will give you -20 morale, cancelling each other out.
I don't think alliances expire on their own. You are just going to have to use a combination of fortification and systematic migration while attacking the AI leaders one at a time.
Hm, I might just have to try that later. Another question, does the race relations past over to other missions? I remember I got the orcs to mood neutral and they seemed to stay that way in the next mission.
Race relations don't carry over from map to map. However, in the campaign any race that you have previously selected will have good relations with you. So if you go from Halflings to Lizards, then the Halflings will still like you even though you are of Neutral alignment now.
