edit: added proof! tho since its premium version, the season pass is included in the game and so dosent show up on the list as in libary, since that is the season pass item (token lets call it), that would be bought as an addon to the base game.

I was not sure as in Steam, contrary to GOG, those DLC are specifically listed in the Premium pack.

i looked back at the store page, and i understand what your saying now.
your right that it dosnt list them by name, but it says season pass, and here is part of what it says on the season pass page (see pic).

basically, season passes are going to be all content released, or at a minimum, usually all expacks and typ. all major dlc.
its basically like pre-ordering the dlc if you buy the pass when the base game comes out, and an easy way to getting everything if you buy it later on. in this case, 2 packs are out, with the 3rd listed as :content TBC
