To the point: Would a modern gaming laptop with a i5, 6GB 1060 ti, 8gb DDR4 run AoW3 and expansions @ a locked 60fps 1920x1280 maxed out settings? If not what could? Im not really into gaming anymore and my specs are to have a laptop that will run AoW3 like butter without a hiccup or lowering the settings.

More: Any gaming laptop manufacturers recommendations? Other than playing AoW3, Id like long battery life and quiet fans. I would like to not spend over $1500 USD.

Lastly: I love AoW 1. I think its one of the greatest games ever created. I love them all but 1 is the best. Ive bought all the games big box retail (well Shadow Magic was a smaller box) and even the jewel case Masters Collection. I have them all on Steam (which I dont even have any more since I discovered GOG) and GOG and still play them regularly.

I bought Steam (and GOG of course!) AoW3 and all its expansions day 1 without having a computer that could play them thinking I would soon, but that was like 6 years ago...

I am poor but now I think I can afford it. So please help so I can start playing 3!

I completely agree Are you finding troubles running it? Operating system? Have you checked your video drivers for updates?

These specs are fine for both AoW3 and AoW Planetfall. If you want a bit more future-proofing for other games, you could look for a laptop with a 1660Ti and 16GB RAM (but not required for the AoW games if you have found a good deal for the specs you mentioned).
