Triumph Studios developed the games, the first was published by Gathering of Developers, which is now a part of Take-Two Interactive, and the third self-published by the Dutch company. The Dutch are multilingual people, so no doubt there is a Russian speaker in their midst. The fourth game was published by Paradox Interactive, who are Swedish, but (since they're not in Nato) maybe someone there speaks Russian. :)

My good sir, I don't ask you anything. And I do know who developed this serie. And I haven't found anything related on Triumph resources, Heavengames and so on.

I just used to confide in this list until this comment. Now I try to find out the primary source of it, that's all.
