I have downloaded AoW3 and the Expansions, Dragon's Throne, Golden Realms, Eternal Lords. The base game installed ok and runs. However when I go to install any of the the expansions I get a message saying not enough disk space. As I have a barely used 1 Tb HD I don't understand.
Win7 system.
The games install into C:\ Gog Games as usual.
I noticed that when the base installed it didn't create the usual desk top icon, so I created my own from the main exe.
Probably (hopefully) a simple problem, but it beats me. Can anyone help? They all ran fine on my old XP system.
SOLVED! For any who may be interested, I uninstalled, and reinstalled the base game. When asked to "repair" the C++ redistributables I selected repair and was asked to disable my AV (Vipre). Following that the game installed correctly (complete with icon) and the DLC's installed when I tried. Just ran the game up to test and all ran well (with Vipre running - so it affected the install but not the running of the game).
I haven't marked it as solved (by me), that feels a bit crummy. If anyone wants to add some info here for my further education they can have the solution.
