Honestly, with all these old game rehabilitation and new developers happening around, someone should consider the requirements to run it in a laptop, or use one at least. Battery management is an altogether experience. I could not recharge the laptop battery and have the power bank ready for another load but it was all spent in shortly over two hours, less time than it takes to charge the power bank. I inspected the game and it was hogging up 100% of the first CPU core s time. After changing affinities it runs over all cores at around 60% each, while minimized in a window! Then I saw the threading and it has lots of threads but most work is in the audio system, while all sound option sliders are on the zero level! And minimized. Windows 10. Muting should make all sound processing cease, not keep sending sound data to the hardware at zero volume...
