In the water mastery phase of the campaign, I got the dwarf and the archon to ally with me and around turn 80 the three of us were the only ones left on the map, but I didn't win. Now unless there's a bug or there was something else I needed to do (such as rebuild/capture those 3 towns around the divine storm, the archon got those), I imagine the problem is that the allied victory settling (which is listed as being on) doesn't apply because they're not also allied with each other, in fact being at war, right? In which case, is there any way to make them reconsider that stance?
I mean, I just fully develped everything, fully explored the map, even built a couple of new towns, fully garrisoned towns, got to turn 130 or so and they're not doing anything to each other, deadlocked for a while and now with the flooding from the spell and the AI not using ships and barely summoning a few flying units, they're basically just looking at each other from across the water and I... don't quite feel like just up and attacking one of them.
