Mimo: Death Strike against a cursed unit (Curse being the result of a black bolt or prior death strike). It's a whopper of a combo.

CursedModifiers: -2 RES
Inflicts upon the Unit -2 RES, Death Weakness, and prevents healing.

Death WeaknessModifiers: N/A
Increases all Death Damage the Unit takes by 50%.
Sucks donkey balls to lose full health flyer to 2 retaliations of some quite decent but not awesome unit.
I know "weakness" can be really useful, just before it I hit the specter (with holy weakness) twice with holy attack for whooping 2DMG each hit.

Those bolts are OP as fuck.
We talked about them in some of older games. The paralysis is told to have some chance but it seems to take effect everey time the bolts hit (unless there is some protection agaisnt it in effect).

Yes, very overpowered. So are the paralyzing darts of the human darter added in the 1.4 patch. Luckily, they only show up in a few fan made games.

But they sure are great for getting your hero xp or giving yourself a better chance to de-willpower, seduce, or dominate a powerful critter.

I think we can safely say that the "insert node" mastery spell is the single most overpowered thing in the game though. Crazy stupid powerful, even if it takes a week to cast. Of course, Domain of Darkness is pretty bad too...
Domain of Darkness is fun. Mastery spells are pure evil. Crimes against humanity that are (or should be) outlawed by Geneva conventions. :-)

Poison Domain is superb. And I'd love to try out Wetlands. I agree about Mastery spells, I think they decided to nerf the Master of Magic Spell of Mastery, and this is what you get when you nerf the literal 'win game' spell.

I assume the Sorceress bolts are like Beholder/Basilisk Doom Gaze - it always paralyzes if the attack lands. But Magic Immune units are spared.

Lot of ballooning going on. Wonder where those fell Goblins are? We love roast Goblin for breakfast, especially if you do 'em over a low heat all night long. Just the perfect aroma to get our Orc troops out of bed in the morning.

Pro tip, if you are going to attack flying unit with holy immunity (ie. Gold Dragon) make sure to bring something else than 5 units with only holy air attack, 2 with no air attack at all and only 1 actually capable of fighting it.
It could make that fight bit more challenging than it should be. ;-)

Hit a jackpot with 1 dungeon, opposite of jackpot (that would be shit I guess) with another jackpot and got murdered by 3 weakened halfling eagles elsewhere.
Yeah and my leveled sharpshooter lost a skirmish with normal unleveled archer. That's illustration of why I think the game has something against me.
