I managed to get some sort of crash that reminded of Vitek's thing with the boat + ring. My hero got off'd while trying to solo a dungeon (stupid Syron got a little luckier than I did), and it really started screwing things up. Had to hit up the control panel and force stop the game from there.

We're back after tithing the gods of work. Hmm, war is upon the land. I have prepared poorly it seems. Prepared assaults are countered and easy pickings do not present themselves. Instead, force must be met with force. We are curious about the enemy plans.

Dwarves, Day 38

This was by far the longest turn I have ever played. Even if I discount that I left home to shop and dine for several hours. :-) I spent so many time thinking what to do and what it could lead to.
And I am still unsure hot to proceed.
Some epic battles happened and many, many units died. As for result, I know have absurd amount of items and almost nobody to wear them. It was 2-sided slaughter, not battle, but only by luck the slaughter was smaller on my side.

I like bats who surrender but I don't like bats who are backed by invisible force.
Elsewhere, far in the back, I did very dumb blunder but hopefully no one will ever learn about it. :-)
