Patch v1.004 also known as the Velociraptor, is available and ready to be updated on Steam, GoG and PDX.

We have decided to name our substantial updates after dinosaurs in honor of the Amazon beasts. We’ll try to reflect the updates’ focus in the choice of dino. This time around we decided to go for the Velociraptor due to its speed and size; which reflects this patch perfectly! It features a variety of fixes and quality of life improvements!

Question for GOG: When will this be available for download?

The text fixes in various languages, I'm guessing it has nothing to do with text size?

I tried out the game for the first time today (finally had time!), but even on 1680 x 1050 (I can't go higher, and trying all other resolutions, I cannot for the life of me play this game without straining my eyes. I cannot see the text clearly. I tried full screen to windowed mode and it still was off.

Is it my display that's the problem? I know it's a very out of date 1080p monitor, but I can play most other games just fine.

Is there a way to edit text size, and is there a way this could be addressed if not?

Given that the GOG version of the game has been version 1.004 for some time, my guess is that the patch will be available for download about 4 days ago. ;)

It only became available for download today, at least for me (using the "offline backup game installers" page). Was it updated earlier on Galaxy?

Options -> Video -> Interface scale
This modifies the size of the interface, including the text.
