So the problem lies with the mouse movement also being locked at 30fps, so it's very choppy and unresponsive.
I've tried AoW with two PC's, both having Win10 64-bit installed. Using the unofficial patch or windowed mode does nothing, no apps running in the background such as afterburner etc.
I've tried compatibility modes and disabling fullscreen optimizations so I'm at a loss here, any help would be greatly appreciated!
