According to the AOW3 forum at triumph, it should have been here 3 days ago. Until it is, most multiplayer matches in which Steam and GOG user are involved are on hold.

I can't find the triumph statement that it should be here.
But yeah its a pain in the ass that the gog and steam versions are so much out of sync...

Luckily this seems to be an exception. Something somewhere must have gone wrong.
But considering sending and uploading the file should be doable within an hour, and it has been days by now, i thought a reminder wouldn't hurt.

Sucks mostly for the PBEM players, since many sessions come with a timer. Turns will be missed, matches will be lost. Some of those might have been going on for weeks or months by now.

Beta Patch 1.603 fixes a bug which make independents do not attack cities (AI players still do), so I am content to wait. I hope that Triumph will release the patch next week and GOG will deliver it to us at the same day with Steam, just like previous patches.
