When I try and run the game, it runs in a small window on the desktop. I haven't been able to get it to fill the whole screen. Anyone else have this problem? I updated my video card drivers. I'm using WIndows 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.....

Go to your options menu in the game, and select the "Fullscreen" option. It should have a cross in it. Once you've changed this you may need to restart the game, and it should be in fullscreen mode.
