How light are the Roguelite elements in this? Usually when ppl say "Roguelike" they mean the game has mandatory perma-death. When they say "Roguelite" they seem mean you lose everything, but get some new startup advantages each time.
How's this? What's the penalty for losing?
I kinda hate the idea of pouring hours into making a city (or anything else) and losing it. Even if there are some new races or bonus tech options for the next round.
