Who is responsible for insuring that an 'offline installer' is up to date?
Is it up to GOG or does the developer have some responsibility per this?
How does GOG receive any installs for their products & why do some/many of their products offer updated 'offline installs' & others do not?

the offline installer for the free demo is up to date, but the game you pay for is old.
