I have tried twice to download this 4 gb game with the same results, 3 bin files (setup_advent_rising-1/2/3.bin) and 1 called advent_rising_part0.gogDownload. How is this to be installed? Thanks

Delete the gogDownload file and manually (via browser) download the 2mb file for the game. That file should be an EXE, which you should run. Make sure all the BIN files are in the same folder as the EXE, and don't rename any of them.

Renaming the file in question from advent_rising_part0.gogDownload to setup_advent_rising.exe will likely solve the problem since the file size seems to indicate the file it's ok.

The downloader sometimes 'forgets' to rename some files upon completed downloads, that seems to be what happened here.
