Villages, overland map, dungeons etc., are just fine.

I did read the post called 'Mouse lag on the main menu'. However it did not seem to be applicable.
I honestly don't know.

Recently - I made a change. I used the off-line installer (backed up and replaced the ADOM folder in Documents) so I can play apart from Galaxy should IP issures occur. The moved worked fine accept for that.

I don't recall my cursor on these text-based screens, lagging like that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that you can handle all funcitons without the mouse. Which is terrific. It just feels like something's wrong.
