I have been trying to farm all of the sword moves, but i can't find a npc that uses this move.
After a search online it sems that most people assume that you can't farm the move in PVE and need to fight someone who started as a Forsaken to learn it.
However on the steamforums and twitter the devs claim that RSS can be found in the essence reserves...
but after spending hours in the essence reserves i still haven't found a npc that uses that move.
Does anyone now where to find it?
Help would be much appreciated

The reason for which you can't find an enemy with said sword move is because ANY npc gets a random moveset once it spawn, with some moves being easier to find compared to others.

While this ensures a somewhat new experience with each encouter, it makes really tedious collecting moves.
