16.0GB DDR3 1600MHz ram
Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
EVGA GTX 760
Gigabyte Sniper G.1 motherboard

Regardless of graphical settings and offline/online mode, the Unreal Engine will crash during normal play every 5-20 minutes. Is there any work around for this issue?

Try disabling the GoG overlay. I had a similiar issue, although it was faster to trigger.

Thanks for the tip! I played for about 45 minutes and was able to quit the game of my own accord for the first time!
